Mike is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Not only did he do a great job of cleaning all our carpets for a very good price and leave them virtually dry, but he also cleaned a mattress for a small extra fee. We had struggled to find any company which cleaned mattresses, after one of our cats had a very copious 'accident' on our brand new mattress. Mike warned us that the mattress might need more than one clean as the liquid would have penatrated a long way inside but said he would come back to give it further treatments at no extra cost. The first attempt left it still smelling of 'cats' but Mike came back to perform a sanitisation (warning us that the residual smell of the sanitiser would be strong). He was right! It took about 6 weeks for the scent to dissipate enough to be able to use the mattress but it worked and we are now able to use our lovely new mattress again. Mike saved us a lot of money by not having to replace it. I would thouroughly recommend Mike Smallwood for carpet and mattress cleaning.
